Continuation: Discussion of the George Zimmerman case

I think people are also pretty sufficiently set in their beliefs of why GZ left his vehicle as well.

I think everyone here knows why George left his vehicle. There is one group of posters here though that will not say it and instead resort to distractions like saying Trayvon should have gone home.

Have you said why you think George left his vehicle?

I'm not sure if I have or not. Is that a request for me to do so?

I'm dismissing George's explanation(s) because they don't fit the evidence.

And what evidence is there of TM's specific behavior/actions when GZ first spotted him and concluded that he was "suspicious"? Beyond GZ's own story he has given investigators, that is?

~~~
It's a bit of a curiosity. If TM did actually make that right, south down the T, and GZ didn't see him when GZ got to the T intersection, where was TM? Was he hiding in close proximity to one of the houses flanking the T? Was he hiding from GZ? Why was he hiding?
There's a streetlight on the Twin Trees corner, and another on RVC at the eastend of the T-bar, so George may have had enough light to see Martin turn south.
However the long section of the T would have been in shadow from the houses and in darkness, even on the path.
There may be another streetlight at the extreme south. This may explain why Martin might have been reluctant to go all the way home. until he is sure the creepy guy has not followed to a position to see him.
I don't understand the question.
You mean the "suspicious activities" of an unarmed teenager walking home from the store on the phone with his girlfriend? Or all of George's variations in his story after he hung up with NEN?
If the former, we have only George's story as to what Trayvon was doing. If the latter, we have only George's story as to what happened (we have George with a need to cover his butt as well).
It bears repeating; either way, at the end of the day, George shot and killed an unarmed teenager, for what certainly appears to be no reason (no, there was no violent, life-threatening attack by Trayvon).
George's supporters are desperate to spin this story in any way to make George's use of deadly force seem justified. Hence the "severe, multiple injures" they say he sustained.
So you didn't bother to read the post I was responding to when you chose to respond to what I had said, so you would understand the context of my post?
Are you prepared to give serious consideration to explanations that don't include GZ intending on finding TM to confront and/or detain him?
Yes, but...
If you try for the angle of "George was being beaten so badly he had to shoot" then I will dismiss it with due diligence.
See, I think George was playing cop. He more likely as not thought Trayvon had already run off. I think George came upon Trayvon and got his butt kicked. I think George then got mad (or scared) and decided (wrongly) to shoot.
But I do not believe George's life was in danger, especially when one looks at the photos of him a mere hours after the incident. (and I did answer your question about whether or not I had sustained any similar injuries.)
Please. If you don't mind.
I don't know why you would assume I would attempt to tie in my impression of the severity of GZ's "beating" with why he chose to get out of his vehicle:
Are we talking about the same thing? I was referring only to the reason GZ got out of his vehicle.
