There was a speaker at TAM 8 who talked about constructed memories. She talked about a court case that she was called in to as an expert after a girl was convinced her dad raped her. If someone could refresh my memory as to who this was and maybe provide a link to the talk, that would be awesome. Thanks.

I think you may be referring to Elizabeth Loftus, though not sure if her talk is online.

That does sound like Elizabeth Loftus, but she spoke at TAM9, but not at TAM8 if my information is correct. Is it possible you have the wrong TAM?

Carol Tavris spoke at TAM8, and she is a psychologist, its possible this was part of her talk.
