Any decent barbecue will have pork products. Time to introduce the new world oinkers.
 
While pork is a BBQ staple what many people think of as a BBQ is actually called grilling. Grilled steaks and burgers especially. Pork is better cooked low and slow.

And don't forget kids, grilled veggies are yummy too.

Because I am tickled pink by the phrase "new world oinkers", I'm voting for pork BBQ.

Although a side of steak or hamburgers would be nice too...
