We are in the right hemispere now, and the weather was great.

Darned Southern hemispherians...

I never had an opportunity to view the comet thanks to a long streak of crappy weather. Southern observers have been treated to some amazing displays, and despite my jealousy I've been living vicariously through them (and the Spaceweather gallery dedicated to McNaught).
