Is that because "Beautiful Atoms" are top-less?


I thought everyone dropped using "truth" and "beauty" in favor of "top" and "bottom" a long time ago. Or is this a retro-kind of thing?

I recall in QED, after explaining that quarks had "flavour", Feynman couldn't even bring himself to say what "s" and "c" stood for in quarks.
