I'm not going to bother debating that part (except to note that the FBI said she shouldn't be prosecuted, it did NOT say that she committed no crime). But crime or not, she broke the law, and that's really not debatable. And she lied about it. If SG decides she doesn't care about either of those things, that's her prerogative, but she really has no grounds for arguing that nobody else should.
I have put my POV up many times. You don't need to make up your mistaken version of it.
A mistake is not a lie. They differ. That is not equivalent to your version I don't care about Clinton lying.
I help employers get their worksites in compliance with the law, it's part of my consulting work. It is almost NEVER treated as criminal when people are not in compliance with workplace laws, which is just what Comey said.
Go back and look at my posts before Comey released the FBI's findings and you will see I said exactly that, and low and behold, I knew what I was talking about. That must be frustrating to have Comey agree with me and not with you.
You can say it all you want, oooohhh, Clinton BROKE the LAW!!!!! I'm sure it's disappointing to all of the anti-Clinton folks who were so certain this was a criminal act, a law was broken, yadda yadda. And then what an outrage to find out Skeptic Ginger was right, violating workplace laws like this one, even involving FOIA, is not viewed as a criminal offense.
If you want to rant and rave that driving over the speed limit means you broke the law, we can get into a discussion about whether or not either of us cares if someone broke a traffic law. I see people breaking workplace laws every day, sometimes in appalling ways, like lapse infection control or breaking patient confidentiality laws. We can get into a discussion about whether or not either of us cares.
You want this non-criminal thing to be a big deal. The public is either buying that narrative, not buying it, or not giving a rip. I don't buy it.
Clinton is going to make a good POTUS.
