Right, the government never sells anything. They keep it. Forever.

Especially that CIA. They'd never buy a small plane for covert operations, then sell it when it was no longer needed. No way!

Also, where exactly did this paperwork originate from, besides the mind of some CTer? If the CIA wanted to keep their cocaine torture express covert, do you really think these papers would have leaked out to someone's blog?
