Chris, by "here" I assume you mean Santa Barbara, right? Well, I live here too. As far as I can tell, I live about 2 miles from where you do. I have lived here since 1969, continuously since 1985. There have been NO mass murders in SB during that period. Sure, some murders, but no mass slayings. Not even any multiple murders, although I could be wrong about that.

Back up your statement.

Recall, since 1999 I've been trying to gain lawful conformance to State laws which compel cooperation by municpalities having State health plans this confirmation of a meeting with the director of the Santa Barbara County Mental Health Department and statement of intent to provide the response of the State Mental Health Departments response to their request to the State for permission to administer an experimental treatment, was never answered. It was not the signers of the letter that failed, their superiors stopped them from complaince. Here I use the Freedom of Information Act to get the response from the State Mental Health Department as promised in the letter from the County Mental Health Department below, no response.

Our leadership is largely corrupted.

You could come up with a list like this for any city. If you spent enough time, you could probably make the list so the last names of the people involved spelled out "BUSH PUT CRAZY POWDER IN THE TACOS" when you ordered the events chronologically. If you then added all their birthdays in the correct order, you might even find the phone number for Dick Cheney's third cousin's best friend.

But it doesn't mean anything (well, except maybe that someone has waaaay too much time on their hands.)
