Thanks for the tip. Next time I'm visiting the 1920's, I'll conceal my MP3 player in one of these.
Call it an "acoustIcon".
There is a logical problem with this being a video clip of a time traveler. In order to explain this problem, I set the rule that no time traveler can ever be known public as that could have unforeseen consequences in the future.
If it is a time traveler then it would have to be a person from our future as we do not have the ability to time travel. What that means is that this person would in the future know of this film clip and can then take measures to not being filmed in first place. Meaning that then this video clip would never exist in our time and therefor we would not be able to see it on YouTube right now.
Therefor the fact that this video exist is the best proof that it is not a time traveler.
Not much to say really. Just watch and be amazed.
I'm amazed that some retard in England thinks this is amazing.

I think the Acousticon is the best explanation. It is weird why she is talking, but the ear-piece matches the Acousticon, and the rectangular thing held is apparently the battery.
I think the Lutz Ferrando Ear Trumpet and Etui from Big Les looks like a better bet. phisick.com/a7et82lutz.htmI'm saying nothing new here, but I did a rare reaction post on this the other day. It has to be shameless viral marketing IMO.

Eh if you dig through enough old photos you will run into stuff that sort of looks like time travel if you don't think about it too much. For example from 1941:
