Now, they announce that Al Baldasaro, listed as Trumps "veteran's advisor", is demanding that Hillary be executed by firing squad for treason.

He's being investigated by the secret service.....

Every day the right wing nutjobs prove just how crazy they are. Hillary writes her college thesis about Saul Alinsky. A totally appropriate thesis for a political science major which Hillary was. Alinsky wrote a book called Rules for Radicals where he suggested that Lucifer was the first radical and therefore according to Carson, Hillary is a disciple of Lucifer.

I wrote a paper in college about Goebbels and his propaganda techniques, this does not make me a NAZI.

Off the top of my head, did it have anything about an American with the title or first name Major who developed many of the techniques that Goebbels (among many others later borrowed. I ask because I read about him about 15 or a bit more years ago. Very interesting!!!

Actually, the checks and balances and the requirement to make deals will check him ... if he makes it. (Not betting the over on that one).

As with a lot of politicians, he'll be at least entertaining. This means we in the US would be getting to be more like the Europeans, such as the Italians who change governments about as often as I change socks.

You should be applauding the idea of such an entertaining spectacle. It will give you more grist for the mill. It will have no impact on Kiwiland. You all are too far away for it to impact you.

That's the theory, yes, but a president who speaks without thinking wouldn't do you any good.

The other side is the damage he's done already. He has somehow convinced almost half of the world's richest country that they're under threat on all sides and has opened an enormous festering boil of racism.

Who knows - in the long run that exposure of racism could be a good thing, but it won't be if he's sitting in the office at Pennsylvania Ave.

Actually quite a few politicians incorporated many of his methods including NIxon.

Trump's RNC speech seems to embody one of Goebbels principles and that is dark propaganda can be more effective than positive propaganda regardless of the truth if the truth doesn't feel credible or is just not that desirable.

This is what concerns me the most about this election. Trump is selling himself as the outsider and an agent of change. And while I don't think most people hate Obama a lot of people want a real change and many see Hillary as just another politician. From my perspective. If Hillary wants to win she has to blame the American people. She has to challenge them that if they really want change, are we willing to do something about it?

Do we have the courage to face the truth? Because it's not Obama's fault there hasn't been more change. It's us as a nation. We cannot expect anything but gridlock if we keep voting Presidents of one party and a Congress of the other.

So America, if you want real change, get up off your sofa and vote for Democrats in Congress and Tim Kaine and I will make real change.

Or vote for Trump and Pence and a Republican Congress and they'll give you their version of change.

Together we can make all our lives better. But it has to be together. Otherwise it will be more of the same or worse.

So? What are you going to do America? Stand up for yourselves and your neighbors or keep leaving it to others who are not really interested in your future? They say that decisions are made by the people who show up.

This is true that some might have. But a great many people didn't.

Which is really my point. Any conflict between the US and Russia risks the possibility of a nuclear exchange and Trump is suggesting the US abandon it's it's NATO treaty obligations and not pay our bills. This threatens the whole world my friend.
