Merged Carrie Fisher is dead

[Faydra]

Can you blame her, her entire planet was destroyed in front of her and she learned her father was the 3rd most evil person in her Galaxy. A lot of issues.

3rd most evil? Who's one and two?

More seriously it is very sad that Carrie Fisher apparently never broke fully free of her substance abuse problems. I was particularly startled by the complex mix of drugs found by toxicology. Here was someone with wealth, reasonable intelligence (based on her writings) and presumably with access to the best physicians and advice, yet it appears she was not using/abusing just one or two drugs but a much wider and very dangerous mix of many. And she isn't the only dead celebrity who did so. The ups and downs of fame and of success appear to be hard to live with for many.

Emperor Voldemort (or whatever his name is) would appear to be number one, but I was wondering about number two myself. George Lucas, perhaps?

Of course, it's the Emperor and G. Lucas.

Of course, it's the Emperor and G. Lucas.

Now that I think about it, we both got that in the wrong order.

[Gilbert Syndrome]

George Lucas, perhaps?

That's sad, I guess it goes to show that even after a lot of hard work to get clean, it's easy to relapse again. A great tragedy.

It's sad that it's news, that another millionaire celebrity has OD'd on drugs...
