Captain Bob Submits Affidavit For Gallop Lawsuit

Te be on-topic!
I will not respond anymore about the ethics issue raised by me!

I hope that the lawsuit will go to court. Maybe April Gallop does have a point, but that is for a judge to decide.
But... the one who looses the case, pays for all expenses. (Aslo laywers of the opposing party, the judges, the courtroom time etc. etc. everything.)
This would prevent twoofers for going to court purely for advertising purposes.
But it also keep them from saying: "Twoofers are rejected from the judicial system, they are shutting us up."

Maybe capt Bob is hiding behind April Gallop, but from April's point of view she has financial support. Which is quite handy because getting your rights can be a costly affair!

She has no case. If you are really nice, LashL can give you all the gory details of this one, as well as the other 93 cases of Gallop.

No, there is no "loser pays" in the US.

Stundied, and wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong and wrong.

Thanks for playing, now why don't you go stick a finger in a dike.

You have 35 posts here at this forum, 34 of them in this very thread. It seems quite apparent that you signed up for the express purpose of resurrecting this specific thread, which had not had a post in several weeks until you showed up. And in your very first post in this thread, you were not only off-topic, meandering, and insulting, as is typical of "truthers" who come in with an agenda, you also equated posters here to members of the NSB during WWII.

In your very first post.

On a dormant thread.

In defence of a guy nobody knows or cares about, outside of perhaps a tiny smattering of "truthers" who share his delusional, obsessive, creepy little website, where he makes little "lists" of his "enemies" and where he fantasizes about the deaths of those who do not agree with him, his obsessions or his delusions.

So, the topic "went this way" and people have asked you questions because you raised a whole bunch of nonsensical (and off topic) crap in your very first post.

Get the picture?

So, why do you seem so surprised that your 34 posts in this thread would actually garner responses? Did you not realize that this forum is not like the Pffft forum? Did you not realize that, around here, moderators don't "disappear" posts just because the administrators may not agree with them? Did you not realize that, around here, posters do not get banned just because they may not agree with what other posters say and think? Have you not noticed that, around here, administrators do not compile lists of "enemies" and do not deliberately spread malicious lies about those with whom they disagree? Have you not noticed that, around here, knowledgeable people back up what they say with facts, evidence, calculations, precedents, etc., rather than just blathering nonsense non-stop? This is not the Pfft forum, to which you are accustomed.

ETA: Now, do you have anything to say about the lawsuit that is the subject matter of this thread, or are you just here to carry water for the previously banned Balsamo and his previously banned sockpuppets?

Around here, we call that a Tongue-Lashing (tm).

(Call me about the T-Shirt idea; they'd sell)

Oh I forgot, your legal system hasn't evolved to that level yet.
Don't worry, you'll get there, just watch the smart kids play!

I know where I wanna put that finger!
(You asked for that one)

You are soooo right.

With that highly evolved legal system have they managed to have twoofs present their case and indict GWB, Dick CHaney or any of the others behind 911?

I mean, it should be easy with all the proof you twoofs have gathered in 8 years of investagoogling and docyoutubing.

After all, I have seen a few countries try to indict GWB and Dick Chaney on war crimes, so it should be easy to have the highly evolved "smart kids" legal system show us how it works.

The reason for that might be..
That America signed the Rome-statute but G.W. Bush refuses to ratify it.
Because he thinks that the international criminal court is a good thing as long as it doesn't prosecute Americans. (Justice for all, exept Americans.)

By the way the world found The Hague the smartest place to locate this International Court!
At least I am not surprised about the location!

GWB has been indicted for war crimes by several countries and even by several localities INSIDE the US.

If you are soooo evolved, your legal system should easily be able to PROVE it was an inside job. They should have their day in court to produce their evidence. Why hasn't it happened?

(psssss... the answer is there is NO proof of an inside job)

Did I claim there was any proof?
Was it my country that tried to proscecute them?
No and no!
Do you even know which countries tried to bring them to trial?

Does our legal system have the option to let the looser of a trial pay for the trial costs?
YES!

Look at topic entries 242 and 15 min. later entry 243.
Entry 243 has nothing to add to entry 242, that's why I responded.
If you want to call me a twoofer then feel free to do so.
But can you back it up?

p.s.
The online dictionary don't know the word "stundied", can anybody explain the word to me?

That's strickly a JREF term. It was before my time, but their used to be a member here by the name of "Stundie". He was known for saying some of the most insanely stupid things. So much so, they named an award after him. The "Stundie" award is given out each month to the individual who says the most idiotic thing. There's a thread you can nominate posts in.

Here's a link to this months Stundie nomination thread: http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showthread.php?t=155325

If you look at some members signature line, you can see some the "stundie" worthy statements some members have said. It's kinda like the JREF version of the "Razzies".

Again your point is made clear and I understand what you say. But it is based on a gut feeling.
If I where capt bob, (for arguments sake.) and my boss where to fire me about my twoofer thoughts and activities. (Although only practiced when not at work.) I would ask him firtsly; Am I doing my job worst then any other pilot??
Did I make more mistakes since 9/11 than before?
In other words can my boss prove that it influences my flight skills.

If he can't, then why would he fire me?

This, then, goes to the question of whether Captain Bob's boss is doing his job. He has a responsibility to maximise the safety of the passengers by ensuring that the pilots under his supervision are competent. He also has a responsibility to the pilots under his supervision not to terminate their employment without just cause. If he has a piece of information that casts doubt on the competence of a specific pilot, it's his job to determine whether those doubts have any basis in reality, and whether the actual performance in the job of that pilot has any shortcomings. He can then take appropriate action, whether it's dismissal, performance management or reassurance that there is no issue to address. This is all part of him doing his job. He can do that job better if he has all the relevant information.

Companies can fire people for all sorts of reasons. I was once denied a job at a muffler shop because I was a registered Democrat. On the other hand I once had a coworker fired because the boss found out he was in the NRA. If Captain Bob's airline wants to fire him for having his irrational beliefs then that is an issue between them. On the other hand the company might be run by a huge Truther who promotes him on finding out his beliefs.

You might think all of that is awful, or great, but one thing that it is not is a violation of free speech.

Captain Bob is trying to make it sound like he's the one taking the case to court.

His exact words over at PfT.

Meanwhile, we bring our concerns to court.
