It appears that April Gallop has requested the assistance of Cowboy Bob Balsamo in her most recent (of many) lawsuits.

This is from the PFFFT site:

Pilots For 9/11 Truth Sign Affidavit In Lawsuit Brought By Pentagon Survivor
07/15/2009 - (Pilotsfor911truth.org) April Gallop, a survivor of the Pentagon Attack on September 11, 2001, is now suing Cheney, Rumsfeld, Myers and other officials for their possible role in the attack and failure to evacuate the Pentagon. The lawsuit cites Flight Data Recorder Analysis. Pilots For 9/11 Truth have been called upon to sign our names and professional reputations to the analysis which will be presented before a judge in a court of law.

Several individuals who make excuse for the govt story such as Glenn Beck, some who refuse to put their names and faces to their claims such as those who spend their days and nights obsessed with us, and those who endlessly attempt to smear anyone who questions 9/11 (albeit poorly), constantly complain we will never take our concerns to court. They have once again been proven wrong.

Maybe I am way out of date on what the current P4T'ers latest theories are, but I thought they were still saying that flight 77 did not crash into the Pentagon. Doesn't providing assistance in a lawsuit using a FDR that is not supposed to exist, fly in the face of their claims?

You want consistency from guys that have various neurological diseases?

These people never cease to amaze. As usual, the twoofer will get laughed out of court.

Damn, I wish I could read Legalese. This looks, at first glance, to be comically inept. I'd try to understand it but I'm afraid my head would asplode. I'll try to summon the Goddess of Legaltainment to help us with this.

Can reheat reheat or another pilot help me out here...
Captain Bob indicates 4000 of flight time.
That doesn't strike me as a lot and also the airlines he worked for are smaller regional airlines I take it?

Oh comedy gold!!!! These are THE GREATEST!!!!!
William Veale's is THE BEST!
He throw EVERTHING in his as if any judge is actually going to take the time to read it.
The best part is he put links within the affidavit. I am sure once the document is printed out those links will work REALLY WELL.
1. The following is a partial list of books concerning the attacks of 9/11; most of which I have read, several in considerable depth:

It looked like the government has already moved to dismiss on the grounds that the suit is frivolous. The response is basically about 20 pages saying "nuh-uh!"

And I think Gallop already settled a lawsuit and got some money. Is this her new career? Suing people for fun and profit? Doesn't seem to be much profit in it, frankly.

There is a portion (a very disgusting one) of society that does just that...they live to sue, and sue to live.

No, that's not a lot of time for an Airline Pilot. He claim to have 3500 about 2 years ago, so apparently he has flown since.

Obviously, he hasn't been doing Airline type flying for very long as hours are accumulated quite rapidly in that business.

Yes, rumor has it he was flying with a commuter or Regional Airline where hours would be accumulated slower than with a Major or International Airline. He has been quite mum since he renewed his physical, so I don't know what he's doing now, and don't really care. However, rest assured that I along with several others will immediately notify his employer about his activities and lack of good judgment if I find out where he's flying (if, in fact, he is).

This lawsuit is ridiculous and I predict quite confidently that it will be dismissed.

For starters, April Gallop cannot sustain a lawsuit that is based upon the argument that Flight 77 was not hijacked and did not crash into the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 because in previous lawsuits, she asserted (quite correctly) that Flight 77 was hijacked by terrorists, and did indeed crash into the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, and in the "September 11 Litigation" matter, her lawyers negotiated and she accepted a settlement for her damages and her son's damages based on the fact that Flight 77 was hijacked by terrorists and crashed into the Pentagon.
She is estopped from making a claim arising out the same event based on an alleged set of facts that is contrary to the set of facts upon which she previously sued, negotiated and accepted a settlement.

There are several other reasons why her claims will not succeed, of course, but even the most simple minded of the morons in the conspiracy fantasist 'movement' should be able to wrap his single brain cell around this one simple fact: April Gallop sought, negotiated, and accepted a settlement on the basis that Flight 77 was hijacked by terrorists and crashed into the Pentagon and, therefore, she cannot now purport to seek damages on the basis that Flight 77 was not hijacked by terrorists, and did not crash into the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.

I believe we discussed this briefly back in December 2008 when Gallop first issued this particular claim, but it really is a shame that taxpayer dollars and judicial resources have to be wasted on such nonsense.

Oh, and here's a pro-tip: when the e-mail address that your lawyer puts on a court filing ends in "@gmail.com", you should be worried; when you have three lawyers signing on to your court filing and all three of them give e-mail addresses that end in "@gmail.com", you should be very, very worried.

Summoning worked, even without any direct contact... perhaps you should work on an application for the MDC... :D

Shouldn't finding out where he is flying be an easy thing to do. I know finding where a physician is practicing is not very hard when you know their name.

This is sad but true. They are truly a blight on society.

The truthers are almost as bad at law as they are physics.

oh and for the record, in case anyone took what I said the wrong way, I was NOT referring to lawyers, but rather the people who hire them to sue for silly bullcrap.

(I could see how my earlier statement, as vague as it was, could be misinterpreted).
