Can't find Penn's Noah's Ark reference

I was talking to someone about the natural events that may account for Noah's flood, and I remembered that Penn talked about a flood of the Euphrates in Bullsh*t. I found the video (story is ~2:30 in):


But I can't find any source to agree with him. Does anybody have any reference to confirm what he's talking about?
