This person works out of her HOME.

It relies on scents and the stimulation of other senses to get the brain to repair itself.

Her protocol, which costs $5,000 for the
first six months and $3,000 for subsequent six-month periods, is
claimed to produce "98% success" in from three months to three years.
CBC's investigation concluded that: (a) there is no scientific
evidence that the program works, (b) scientists whom she claims
support her do not back her claims, and (c) universities from which
she claims to have graduated said that they did not issue degrees to
her.

And she is not going to jail. Nope, still making money. Although I don't know how people fall for something so blatantly ridiculous as aromatherapy curing every ailment under the sun, I doubly don't know how this person is getting away with telling everyone that.

I can believe that. Her treatment has no affect on the 2% of each patient which is actually in need of repair.

Why is this legal??? Why why why???

Every time I see something as insane as this, I get very tempted to make a fast buck. I could use some bucks, dangnabit. I'm tired of being poor by trying to make an HONEST living. Heh, I could sell homeopath lollipops where I work, since there are lots of people worried about all them seasonal germs.

Another scheme to hit my province lately is people selling 500 buck sessions to come into your home and tell you what techno-radiation is killing you as you watch tv or use a cell phone. -I don't think I could a straight face doing that though.

Then there's the blood readers... I think I could pull that off. Gotta sell lots of lollipops to afford to rent an office to give myself an air of legitimacy. I figure running things out of home would be too obvious, but even the government gave that lady in the OP money...
