That's pretty much where we are now in this conversation. If there were a way of downloading all the current scientific knowledge about light, photons, colour addition and subtraction, hues etc. into Kumar's brain, he would still persist in asking these stupid questions.

I finds three gross types of energy interactions in body, one; by reflected wavelengths, two; by released heat & three; by chemical reactions causing energy changes. First one can be linked to indications/effects as mentioned in 'colour therapies'.
