Paraphernalia laws come pretty close to infringing on free speech. Mostly they ban the sale of anything intended for use with illegal drugs. The upshot of this is that you can sell a bong or pipe if you say it's for use with tobacco or some other legal herb. If you say it's for smoking marijuana, it's illegal.

I know James Has a 1 Million Dollar give away for anyone claiming to Posses Senses out side of our 5 physical senses, but it is not the money that is important to me, it is the truth that is important to me. I am an Alturist, my possessions include a Broken Lap Top, 10 Books and a few photographs. I have shelter, I have food and I have amazing wicked friends that I call family as well as family, which is all I need. So the 1 million dollars really doesn't matter to me. Love, helping people, healing and giving are what are important to me, it is apart of my DNA.

Can DMT create Psychic Visions? I am not special, I for lack of a better word, was angry against Psychics, I used to laugh when ever I saw a "Neon "Psychic" sign and a "Out of business" sign at the same location. I used to joke and say..."I wonder if they saw that one coming?". I don't laugh today however.

Are there any studys currently done with Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) in relation to ESP? If so can I partake in a study to finally answer this question, if there are no studys then my question is "WHY?", what are we afraid to discover from a simple study?

I have a similar story like yours. I do go to AA meetings, but I am stuck at a point deep in my psyche that the AA program just isn't designed to deal with. I live in Seattle, close to the clinic above and am going to try to see if I can get unstuck.

I've always found this wierd, to paraphrase tommy chong on the subject....

" What are they trying to prove, take away our bongs and we can't smoke our pot? I've seen stoners who can't find thier **** with two hands, but you pass them anything and they can make a pipe out of it. "

Within any residence there is enough materials to make something to smoke any smokable drug with. Why don't they make it illegal to buy a 2 liter soda and tinfoil? Or an apple? Or a dice tube?

The laws kill me, my local "hemp shop" has pictures of weed everywhere, fake weed decorating the bongs, and pipes with pictures of weed on them. We all know what it is being used for, what exactly do they think making people have to say it is for tobacco is going to do?

As a side note, i do know some people who use small bongs, pot pipes, etc. For tobacco. But it is more for the annoying the cop's factor than anything else. The security guard at my old job used to spend half his day walking out to the smoking section and saying " is that tobacco in that?".

Nothing funnier than saying " of course, what else would i be smoking in this?".
