Bush in 2012?

Jeb Bush bowed out in July of last year. Now that the Obama reelection is looking even more inevitable, he ain't about to reconsider. Just where is the cite for these "rumors," oh eater of mountain men?

bolding mine.. Just going to file that one away for the future.

Jeb, unless he makes a radical change in position, ain't in the game. See hgc's point.

I just learned that "Jeb" stands for John Ellis Bush.

I always figured it was short for "Jebediah", a true Hebrew name.

The Moar you know!

/he has zero chance

It seems to be the theme of these few weeks, especially with the Daniels mini-balloon popping on them. Who else, on the bench, will they call for next? Romney must be getting awfully squirmy. Here he is, all dressed up and wall-flowering it at the big dance while the cool boys are on the phone trying to entice prettier girls to show up.

Mitt the bitch

I like it.

I'm sort of surprised that there's still no obvious frontrunner. I would've expected Romney to emerge from the dwindling pack now that a couple of names have dropped out, but it doesn't seem to have happened.

Guess I could still see a strong "outside" candidate coming in, except for the point hgc made a while ago: Obama probably isn't beatable by any GOP candidate.

Funny, the Tea Party looks like it's the opposite of the one in Alice in Wonderland. This one seems to be over before it hardly started.
