And Farage has reconceded:

UKIP's Nigel Farage, who earlier reportedly said Remain would "edge it", has now told the Press Association's Parliamentary Editor Arj Singh he thinks the UK has voted to Remain.

This was based on "what I know from some of my friends in the financial markets who have done some big polling".

Northern Ireland Secretary Theresa Villiers, another supporter of Brexit, said her instinct was that Remain would win the vote.

If anyone can claim to have won it for Remain it's probably Farage, every time him or anyone from his party opened their mouths it pushed people into the Remain camp.
