I am scheduled to be interviewed on the BBC regarding Screw Loose Change sometime this afternoon, I presume for airing later in the day. One of the Loosers has already been interviewed so this will not be a debate slamfest a la Hannity & Colmes.

I will post more details as they become available.

Excellent, do you know what programme this is for?
Is it BBC TV or radio, which station?
And of course, we can now discount anything which you have to say on 9/11, as we will have proof that you are working on behalf of the British state ;)

BBC Radio, sorry, should have specified. Not sure exactly where this will air; possibly as part of their World News program which is distributed via NPR (I am being interviewed at a local NPR station).

Excellent! Also means it should make it on to BBC Sirius here in the States.

Damn, the BBC World Service, that's no longer regularly broadcast in Brittan!
:(
Hopefully it will be available on line, most BBC radio shows are.

Okay, my irony meter broke. I can get it daily in the States via satellite radio, but you can't get it local?

It's the BBC World service which programmes for "The Commonwealth and beyond", it was never intended for domestic consumption, it's an imperial thing. ;)
I was wrong in my earlier post you can actually get it in the UK but only via digital (DAB) radio or on mediumwave radio. The number of people who have either is pretty small.
You can also listen to it on the BBC website, and they are beginning to offer podcasts, so all is not lost.

Ah, I assumed that the BBC World Service was similar to World News Tonight on whichever ABC,NBC,or CBS that carries it.

Good on you! And don't forget to speak in a very educated British accent, that alone will slay some of the Yank twoofers. Maybe have Big Ben or something chiming in the background? The mom's-basement twoofers will be seriously affected by that double-assault.

Will be looking forward to hearing this when internet-available.

Don't forget us little people when you are famous. :D

It will be on the World Today, which is broadcast over many NPR stations in the US. You can also listen in live at 23:00 GMT on that link, which I believe is 6:00 PM on the East Coast. There are rebroadcasts at 10:00 and 1:00 AM Eastern.

They had previously interviewed the Looser boys, all three of whom participated. They played the clip for me so I could have some bologna for the grinder. It will probably be a very short segment; I would be surprised if it runs 10 minutes.

I enjoyed doing the interview tremendously; as always the time seemed to fly by. I have done a fair number of radio interviews now, but this was the first time I actually went to the station. The people there were very professional and made me feel at home, especially Bill Shedd.

23:00 GMT would indeed be 6 PM Eastern, 5 PM Central. (Central is GMT-6 right now).

nm.

I'll be recording this tonight (all goes well) so I'll post it for anyone who misses it.
