Merged Boston Marathon CTs

Dead brother not guilty (yet) - he is dead.

The two brothers have no been found guilty yet. I find it troubling that these brothers have basically been deemed guilty simply because the FBI have labelled them as suspects.

Dead brother is not guilty, he is dead from being shot at, because he was shooting at police. Not guilty? He is dead, he is past guilty, he was shot while shooting at police. Gee whiz teacher, do you think he is guilty? Maybe he was shot my mistake while throwing a bomb at police. Throwing bombs at police does not make them killers? Just throwing free pressure cookers to police, with some fireworks black powder inside. Giving away stuff, to the police. What nice kids; why did the police at them?

The brother alive, confessed, does not make him guilty in a court, because gee whiz, he has not been to court. And gee whiz, a jury could find him innocent, especially if 12 jurors of your peers are it.

I said...
Terrible event in Boston; two brothers kill for no reality based reason; killing out of hate.

And then some nut says fusion did it, cold fusion bombs, or some pure fusion bombs.

Feel free to present evidence the brothers did not do it. Can't wait for this one. Are you upset the pure fusion is woo too?
Next proof the brothers are not killers, coming in one, two, infinity...

Lithium 7 did it. Maybe lithium is responsible for this web site.

Might be the most disjointed Boston bombing crazy claim yet. Maybe you can use this as part of the false flag evidence.

Another false flag with no evidence for you. Try some cause and effect on your students - sharpen their critical thinking skills - JREF style

The suspects, are suspected of killing people - will they be found innocent? Do you think the Lithium 7 claim will help exonerate the brothers?

I did see what is perhaps a legitimate question brought up at a CT kook site, why was Jahar's note in the boat only discovered almost a month later?

Was it only recently discovered, or was it only recently disclosed to the public?? Big difference.

True, but odd that it was only announced after nearly a month, it made the whole Miranda brouhaha essentially irrelevant. On the kook site they said the boat was not taken into evidence which I assume to be false. Related to this I'm looking for the following NYT article; through accident or design they now have a different article with the same URL and I've not been able to find the text elsewhere.

Note by Boston Bombing Suspect Sheds Light on Motive, Officials Say

A note scrawled inside the boat where Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was hiding cited the killing of Muslims, an official said...

I just came across this, it appeared in a Brazilian newspaper the day after the bombings

If Clayton reads this, I have a serious question for him; Clayton, have you ever lost a loved one?

What are the, ahem, CT's, saying about Adrianne Haslet-Davis? Changing the subject as usual? Gish-galloping away? Moving the goalposts? What?

The latest news from the Voices In Alex Jones's Head is that the two FBI Hostage Team agents were "involved" in the arrest of Tsarnaev. http://www.prisonplanet.com/2-fbi-a...vs-arrest-fall-out-of-helicopter-and-die.html

Actually a respectable VA paper reported that the team was. But that is doubtful because as has been widely reported Jahar was arrested by the MBTA Police SWAT team; it could depend on how widely you define "involved". But I imagine if the HRT was in place they would have carried out the arrest, Tsarnaev was facing federal charges and I assume the FBI team is better trained and more experienced. Why does the MBTA even have a SWAT team?

A summary of the video:

  • The author claims to be persecuted by shadowy forces because his videos have received multiple copyright takedown notices. This seems more like the work of Internet trolls than shadowy forces, but who am I to question the government's methods of information suppression?
  • The author cannot fathom why Dzhokhar Tsarnaev didn't run when he was found hiding in the boat, and mentions that he would have run in the same situation. (In fact, Dzhokhar decided to shoot at the police instead of run, an equally likely reaction.)
  • The author is surprised that Dzhokhar survived the gun fight, even after numerous shots were fired into the boat.
  • The author shows a photo of two men with backpacks walking around after the bomb went off. The source is unknown. He goes on about how Dzhokhar couldn't have done it, and how "they" are "filtering the Internet".
  • The author then shows some photos of another unknown man from an unknown source. In the first two photos, he has a backpack. In the third, he does not. The caption reads "HEY BRO, WHERE'D YOUR BACKPACK GO?"
  • The author claims that the man's backpack is the only one to match a white patch found on the bomber's backpack. How he determined that it did not match the Tsarnaev brothers' backpack is unknown.
  • The author asks "How much more proof do you need?"

Well, if anything, I would want to know the sources of the pictures. The links in the description of the video are all cut off by an ellipsis, and even then, two of the four links go to Facebook and Tinypic. Those two links are also likely the links to the pivotal images in this video, that is, the image of the man in the white hat and the man who the author is accusing of actually perpetrating the bombing.

I would want to know what those pictures are actually of, where they came from, and how the author determined that the man in the white hat is one of the Tsarnaev brothers.

Edit: I would also like to know how the author determined that the "missing backpack" was the only one with a white patch. How could he have managed to find pictures of all the backpacks at the marathon?

Thank you for watching that nonsense and summarizing it.

Like Elizabeth I, I thank you for summarizing the video. I don't like going to Youtube much.

Now, a minor correction.

  • I think you'll find that Dzhokhar did not shoot at police, since the two brothers apparently had only one gun between them (and that was on Tamerlan when he was taken down). All of the bullets fired at the scene of the boat were fired by police, who mistakenly believed they were in a traditional sort of gunfight where, you know, the other side is firing back.

Well, that came out snarkier than I intended, and I'm not really saying the police were incompetent. Everyone was on edge, and someone fired the first shot. Once that happened, it's pretty natural for others to join in, believing that Dzhokhar was firing at them. Initial news reports also said as much.

Anyway, that is, I believe, the current publicized story about Dzhokhar's capture. References on request, but I followed the story primarily in the Boston Globe and I'm sure it can be found there.

And Dzhokhar didn't run away because, as I understand it, he wasn't in any shape to do so, having lied in the boat bleeding for the whole day, drifting in and out of consciousness.

And yet the kid wasn't running from the scene and the big tough guy was running from the scene without his backpack.
