Does this mean the back taxes they wouldn't have paid anyways since the amount of money they made would have classified them as "impoverished?"

Also, do they not pay sales taxes when they like buy stuff?

And why are we forcing them to learn English? Why not also require Latin as well?

It is a great convenience.

Often, I am not sure going in whether something is true or not. Having it clearly labeled saves a great deal of mental gymnastics from trying to think.
