It’s amazing how people get better once they get out of jail, over here we have an infamous example of spontaneous remission and then total cure of Alzheimer’s after an appeal!
Looks like he's trying for a come-back.

Presumably he's chosen to start in the UK because no-one in the US will touch him with a barge-pole. And thinks we don't get US news at all...
Funny, I thought during the trial that he was represented as feeble and sick and at death's door, barely even able to walk.
Of course it would be infra dig to suggest that there was exaggeration there, so please, Mr. Cosby, won't you tell us your secret for rejuvenation? Was it the sweet smell of justice? The prospect of one more friend so lovingly relaxed? Grape seed extract?
Legally, it's even better for him than "innocent until proven guilty". Since the court ruled that he can't be charged again his legal status is simply "free". There is no prosecution to even assume a burden of proof because there is no charge to be proven. No, he has had his conviction quashed because the Prosecutor broke a promise made by the previous DA not to prosecute him allowing him to testify in a civil suit. It does make him "Innocent" on the basis of "Innocent until Proven Guilty", but it's not a verdict of Not Guilty. He also lost the Civil Case.
