For decades, the left has savaged Christianity without restraint, but now, all of a sudden, the left has found...religion. And the religion the left has found is...Islam.

Muslims may practice as they choose, provided doing so does not involve assaulting and oppressing others as they so commonly do in Muslim countries. Apparently their imams commonly misinterpret their holy book of peace and tolerance. Perhaps the imams feel that anyone who is condemned to hell by the book, might as well start their suffering right away. No reason to put it off. Muslim terrorists take it a step further. They actively seek to send the offenders off to hell at the earliest possible date.

Fortunately, we may scoff at the Muslims' goon religion, even as they may practice it within legal limits. Just as we may scoff at the Christians, or any other practitioners of ill-conceived, poorly concocted mystical mumbo-jumbo.

I fail to see the problem. Religions have more rights than people. They don't even have to pay taxes.

They just do not have a right not to be opposed. Just as political parties do not have a right not to be opposed.

I have no problem with someone "opposing" the inhumane elements of any religion. This includes islam. It includes the barbaric atrocities of the spanish inquisition, the crusades, and other "charming" acts in the name of religions.
