Campfires create so much popping and crackling that it should sound like dozens of little candies falling all around.
Yes, much in the same way you aren't subject to other human foibles/behavior like pareidolia, memory biases, confirmation biases, etc.
The rest of the world si, Chris B., claro que no.
BS, or perhaps Chris BS.
Now River, first of all I've previously covered that question multiple times in various threads. So why waste the bandwidth by asking the same thing again? You and others here have already said multiple times the only things I have taken pics and video of are shadows and sticks. It's only my imagination remember? Pareidolia right? Or are you second guessing your previous opinions?
Chris B.
You have yet to post up ANYTHING as proof of your "HD video from 15 feet".
I asked you to post screen shots, or still frames since you claimed you could not post the video due to your family being present in it. I know you are able to post screenshots or still frames due to your past posts.
Posting a a screenshot of your video subject that clearly depicts it, would do a lot to clarify your position.
Otherwise, we'll just assume you have no video since you have offered nothing but stories about it.
In spite of both having seen a Bigfoot up close, Chris and NL just don't talk to each other about Bigfoot.
If these people are being genuine, honest and forthright - then IMO their behavior is bizarre and extremely suspicious.
Insults? The fact that you would be subject to the same foibles and biases as are other human beings is simply that, a fact, something of which you claim to be fond. If you think it insulting to be informed that you are no different than any other human being, you really need to come down off that cloud.I'm not the topic of this thread. I'm sure after getting you hind ends handed to you in the PGF thread there are many looking for payback by making petty personal insults and attacks that require little or no thought on their part. I don't think that's allowed here though. If you'd rather insult me in person, I'm easy to find, ask Cervelo. I give great directions. Chris B.

Talking about not giving a subject thought, with little to no introspection as to your own personal observations, when observations are pretty much all you have to offer here, is intellectually dishonest, or BS in the vernacular.
As far as your implied threat, and the fact that you like to "pack large," the only direction you'd offer that I'd consider would be the opposite of yours, if I took your tough guy nonsense any more seriously than your bigfoot nonsense.
Extremely suspicious.
Again Chris, reminding you that you are subject to the same behavior as other human beings, which include biases, isn't an insult but a fact. To deny that you aren't subject to biases is nonsense, BS. If you take these as insults, rather than observations of the human condition is a bit odd.I didn't imply anything. I merely suggested if you wish to insult me rather than breaching the forum rules, you should insult me in person. I'm not anonymous and I'm very easy to find. I've already met with one forum member, we took a hike and I even sprang for Supper.
Chris B.
You might try the spray cheese in a can - sticks to the crackers much better than whatever zero-friction cheese you're snacking on.I'm sure after getting you hind ends handed to you in the PGF thread . . .

I engage debate face to face on all sorts of subjects from religion to sports and I haven't yet come up against the idea that it's insulting to suggest folks have poor memories, or engage in wishful thinking, or perhap were mistaken. They don't deny they could be mistaken, just that they weren't. They also don't take it as insult; that would be silly.

You couldn't even hand me a simple number for your scientifical test.
In case you've forgotten, I added your previous post with insult in hilite.
You may say my opinion is BS. However , when you refer to my name as "Chris BS" that is a personal insult. Do you not realize the difference? Have you been insulting folks for so long you get confused as to where the line is?
My opinion is open for comment, my name is not. Chris B.

Yes, your opinion as to human behaviors/biases is uninformed BS.
I will however apologize for the Chris BS. remark.
See, that's how self-examination is done.
Right. You said that Patty must've been a bigfoot because she walked with 40" steps and minimal head movement. I proved the error in your logic by exceeding a 40" step with minimal head movement. Then you stonewalled for several pages, to the delight of passersby.Sorry bob, we've already been over that. Chris B.
