I agree US politics are ******. No one president can fix them 100%. It's just a matter of some being more achievable now than others. Bernie's socialist ideas may come to fruition in the future, but not now. They are too far left for the American public now. Bernie is just ahead of his time for today's US.
Character attacks? For questioning her credibility when she's changed her story repeatedly and, at least so far, there is very little that backs up her story? Is revealing her history of lying and theft a "character attack"?
Come on. This is more about you wanting to discredit Biden than Reade.
Look at you there parroting the talking point fed to us by cables news talking heads on multi-million dollar contracts working for billionaires. A fairer deal for ordinary Americans and a winding back of the obscene wealth divide is “too far left.” How convenient that the DP get to foist this status quo candidate while holding the gun of another four years of Trump to your heads.
Nah. I know whom I'm voting for.

Doesn't everyone already know? Is any of this going to change anyone's mind at this point? I see people rationalizing their prior choice, not choosing differently.
Really? That post made me roll my eyes. You have no idea how much you sound like Trump there, do you? Anyway, if this is how this is going to go, I'm going to sign off. Disgruntled Berni Bros are as predictable as Trump.
Hey, in a nation of 330,000,000 people, there must be at least one or two fence sitters.
That is your rationalising but the fact is that this thread is a train wreck.
I don't. I was going to vote for Biden, but he's tainted now so...Doesn't everyone already know? Is any of this going to change anyone's mind at this point? I see people rationalizing their prior choice, not choosing differently.
Ironically, nobody here is parroting right wing talking points moreso than you.Look at you there parroting the talking point fed to us by cables news talking heads on multi-million dollar contracts working for billionaires. A fairer deal for ordinary Americans and a winding back of the obscene wealth divide is “too far left.” How convenient that the DP get to foist this status quo candidate while holding the gun of another four years of Trump to your heads.
And now you have my visualizing Joe Biden's taint. This makes me uncomfortable. If you ever run for office, I will definitely be bringing this trauma up.I don't. I was going to vote for Biden, but he's tainted now so...
No one's mind is getting changed about candidates, it's a matter of discouraging people from showing up to vote.Doesn't everyone already know? Is any of this going to change anyone's mind at this point? I see people rationalizing their prior choice, not choosing differently.

Most people's minds aren't changed, but a small number of people do shift, or begin to shift over things like this. For me it was one news story that destroyed a few unimportant lives and made me realize that some people on my side didn't really care if the story was true or not so long as it fit their angle. That then got me reading other things a little more critically, once you do that you are off to the races. No one's mind is getting changed about candidates, it's a matter of discouraging people from showing up to vote.
Opinion polls show:Look at you there parroting the talking point fed to us by cables news talking heads on multi-million dollar contracts working for billionaires.Bernie's socialist ideas may come to fruition in the future, but not now. They are too far left for the American public now
And once again... the problem with many progressive, is that they think "unless you embrace radical far-left policies you hate the poor". (Ignoring the fact that other Democrats, such as Biden, also want to give a "fairer deal", but just using different methods/criteria.)A fairer deal for ordinary Americans and a winding back of the obscene wealth divide is “too far left.”
