Her claiming to have filed a complaint doesn't prove anything. But not being able to produce a copy of the complaint also doesn't prove anything.
That said, if she did file a complaint, I'd expect her to have a least a letter from the SPO, acknowledging receipt of the complaint and giving her a docket number or case number or file number or something.

But my expectation could be wrong. Maybe the SPO doesn't send out letters like that?

As a question, "why don't they have a copy?" is interesting. As a line of reasoning against her claim, I don't see the value.

Yes. Telly is claiming that pantyhose make it physically impossible to penetrate someone. Who knows how many rapes could have been prevented if women only knew to put on a pair of L'eggs?

But can I point out that part of my anger is because no one wants to even believe this is a real thing despite so, so many people citing it as their primary reason to dislike the Bernie campaign and some of their incidents (like doxxing, then harassing people that asked questions in town halls) were quite public and done by top Bernie campaign staff. I mean, yeah I got more than most since I was a founding member of the Khive (literally an online friend of mine thought up the nickname) but it has been so widely reported and everyone just keeps going "fake news :rolleyes:" that it just deepens the anger by adding layers of frustration.


I mean I can write out a long, detailed essay to document my journey from Bernie Supporter to "extinction is better because spite" if anyone wants to actually indulge my brain droppings. It might be useful if only because these were avoidable mistakes and may have dramatically set back a movement that had a lot of laudable goals.

It was a good read. And yes, I wouldn't trust her to tell someone the time of day it is. Any question - and I had a few, were answered in this link. I can not imagine anyone believing anything she said about Biden. Or anything else for that matter.

I spent years working at a crisis center for victims of rape. Years ago, living in Hollywood, I modeled for awhile and worked for a well-known producer. I learned more then I ever wanted about sexual harassment. So -

This woman pisses me off. It isn't even about Biden, he will make it or not. But she is just nasty, and detracts from the plight of true victims.

So now you have Biden tearing her pantyhose? Something that she hasn't claimed? I've never been with a woman who didn't wear underwear under her pantyhose.

It probably isn't relevant to this discussion that in 2010 Ms. Reade's father, who was an author, published a novel with a scene in which the male protoganist reached under the female protagonist's skirt and digitally penetrated her. Heck, we don't even know if she read her father's books.

Also, you're still begging the question that she actually wore hose. She says she didn't. Do you not believe her?

So last year she told The Washington Post that she quit her job because Biden's staff bullied her, and specifically said he wasn't the reason, it was the people around him?

I'm not begging the question; you never asked it. I think that the probability is the same as the probability that Biden assaulted her.
