While I believe the legal decision is soundly made, I think that it's trying to encourage people to stick to brand name drugs.

I'm thinking the opposite: if the court had ruled the other way, they would have obliterated the generic industry by burdening it with the responsibility to reproduce safety and efficacy testing.

No, this is a big win for the generics.
