Badnarik: I will debate or be arrested

The whole third party cause is a complete waste of time and effort. They are all much too extreme and unrealistic to be taken seriously, and that is why they are not allowed in the debates. Their presence would only serve to cloud the issues. Badnarik broke the law and got in trouble for it, big deal. He did it in the name of a ridiculous cause to boot. I do agree that perhaps jail is a bit too harsh of a sentence, but I really feel no sympathy for this man.

If the third parties want to be taken seriously they will have to get back down to earth, listen to the majority of experts on issues and learn to compromise just like the big boys. Until then they will only be fringe groups followed by immature minds, and extremists who for some odd reason think everyone in the establishment is an idiot who is just too blind to see the "Truth" (tm) about what is "really going on" in the world.

Nobody, in fact if the pilots were the only ones armed we wouldn't have the problem. On a plane were passengers are allowed guns however, you can't keep guns from terrorists either, and the terrorists would have the huge advantages of being prepared for a gunfight and operating as a team. Unless the terrorist have the spectacularly bad luck of attempting to hijack a plane full of special forces, the passengers would be disorganised, unprepared and most likely panic.

Again nobody, if they could just waltz into the cockpit they wouldn't need more than one terrorist

And what if they can't agree on how they should get their duck cooked?

(....then explain it to me....)
Apparently AUP wanted to know what would happen if the terrorists (or possibly the passengers) disagreed on how to properly cook birds.
