Atheists on the march. Oh my.

What do JW's have to say to people who are only alive because of blood transfusions?
In my family, the RH problem reared its ugly head.

Because of this, my mother had two still births and lost a pair of twins.

Two of my brothers and myself are only alive because we had transfusions at birth.

While I know there are now other ways to deal with RH, which saved my son from needing a transfusion, those options weren't available in the 60s.

I've had JWs in the past try to tell me that they would never allow there own child to have a transfusion and that my mother should have let my brothers and I die.

How can they possibly justify this stand and expect someone who is alive only because of a transfusion to agree with them?

A bit off topic but I dearly loath this religion.

I'm wondering, if a JW came to the door and went on their spiel, how would they respond if you just started slowly undressing while they were doing it?

OR

How about the JW drinking game? I don't have enough experience with them, but things like, every time they say evolution, you drink? That's be cool, they come to the door, and you are like, "Wait! Wait! I'll be right back!" and you come back with a cold 12 pack...

"OK, GO!"

Hm... So someone finally figured out how to herd cats then?

'Cause the only way I can get an atheist march here is if treat's're offered.

Do we have to march? Couldn't we be on the train? Or on a picnic? "Atheists take train to seaside town and have pleasant day out to protest against religion" would be a lovely story.

Why haven't I seen this magazine?? They're normally all over the house in prominent positions! I wonder if my family have hidden this one from me from shame.

I'll find it this evening oh yes I will.

Do you have the tract that ha the title "They Chose God" Thats the tract that has two preteen boys and a preteen girl who died because they refused to have a blood transfusion.

Ask their parents and family if they would rather have them alive again now if given the choice.

If they say "yes", the response is "Then why didn't you do something about it when you had the chance?"

If they say "no", the response is "Which of your remaining family will you choose to kill next?"
