A discussion about atheist songs and no one have mentioned SoCal legends Bad Religion, their name and logo is big middle finger to religion.
Another band whose name is a wonderful up yours to religion is Lamb of God, originally called Burn the Priest.
Dimmu Borgir's album In Sorte Diabolui is a big story about a priest loosing his religion and turning against the church. In the story he either becomes an agent of satan or militant atheist depending on how you interpret the lyrics.
