Not so bad a comment when used as a standalone but couple it with a comment made by the same poster today and we have a candidate for "the Aplusser most likely to be shot by a police sniper" category.

More evidence, if any were needed, that Grimalkin is psychotic.
(s)he needs serious professional help, but of course telling someone that is "gaslighting" because no one knows how hard it is to be young!

She is a she who wants to be a he so she's somewhere on the trans spectrum.

s/he has already written up his/her experiences wrt being insstitutionalized against his/her will and they weren't pretty so seeking professional help is most likely not an option that's on the top of the pile.

It would be interesting to see how the Aplussers would react were I to post that I'm symbolically creating and destroying effigies of the vaginas of famous female skeptics. Think I'd get the full ceepolk treatment ?

I'm still trying to figure out how this "fighting discrimination" with more discrimination is supposed to work out, Maybe it's like bombing for peace.
 
You know what would be really fun and interesting?

Leaving the broken people alone and instead doing something that's actually fun and interesting.

Let's be fair (they're not - so we should be) to Grimalkin. That's in a sarcastic thread started by Cipher and is what passes for humor over there. They're taking the piss on the things that A+ are being accused of doing to the skeptic/atheist "movements". ( And we should talk - have you been in our own "Humor" sub-forum? )
 
The A+ practiced on FTB seems to be atheism plus opinions stated as absolute fact with a side salad of shrill indignation. And skepticism seems to be taking an extended holiday.

It's not very pleasant place at times, especially when watching supporters attack people who hold moderate albeit reasonable opinions which don't conform to their own. People persisting in holding a contrary view are often banned.

I think the most agreeable form of A+ would be atheism plus lunch. Much more relaxing.

Aye, with the rub being A+ not allowing -ist jokes. See their Arguments to Avoid thread, the OP.

The amusing part is watching these, our "moral superiors" failing to live up to their own standards especially when demonstrated by a full patch member.

Remember how horrified they were by dongle jokes.

Also, the idea of a misandrist FtM genderqueer ( hence the cis penis comment ) is yet another of one of life's little curiosities that raises questions like....Is a bolt on penis really better than a natural one?

I don't know if Grimalkin was kidding in their post about harassment v flirting when suggesting that the latter is the former if the condition of being sure that she has an escape route is not met.

Well, it is Atheism +, not Skepticism +. None of them, that I can discern, are skeptics. And PZ has stated publicly that he is not.

I think he meant not so much that he wasn't a skeptic, as that members of the skeptic movement aren't worthwhile humans.

While not being a member of the skeptic movement, I do revel in not being a proper human according to PZ's definition. :D

I had to read it twice to pick up on the clues, but yeah, that's a parody. A very good one.
