Yes. Agreed. Be a social justice warrior if that is the priority.

Everyone is skeptical of the things that conflicts with their biases, intuitions and preconceived notions. The mark of a skeptic is one who is willing to question themselves. I see very little evidence that the folks at FTB or A+ are willing to be skeptical of themselves.
 
I've known some atheists who seem angry at the world. Would this in general be the feeling on learning there is no Santa? I don't believe in any organized religion but I can see how others take great solace from theirs. One guy said "I'd believe in religion if I could". So that is the dilemma for a thinking person raised up in a religious household. Others are bowed in prayer and you are thinking about the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. Its like religion is a fairy tale for adults.

Sometimes I try to imagine what it's like living in these people's reality, but I just can't wrap my head around it.
 
Well, FTB is certainly filled to the brim with drama and outrage. One has to wonder what they'll do when there isn't a new scandal readily available to push. Make stuff up?

It's not just the distinct possibility they're making stuff up. They've also changed the meanings of words and ideas.

"Stalking" = collecting public tweets

"Harassment" = contacting someone through a public means of communication

"Men's Rights Activist" = slobbering past and future rapist

"PTSD" = sadness you feel when you notice someone who disagrees with you has contacted you through Twitter

Not sure if you are kidding or serious but no one else is likely to be mistaken for Claus. I recognized him in a Swift discussion from his argument then looked up Skeptic Report and voilá.

And don't forget, "most laws and most people agreeing that it's best to wait to judge until all (or even any) facts are in" = "rape culture."
