I think I found a reference to these abilities in a "publication":

Characters with one or more unmodified intelligence, wisdom or charisma ability scores with 16 or higher might have psionic ability. Whether or not this ability is possessed is then determined by a dice roll using percentile dice. Any score of 00 (100%) indicate the ability exists. Fore each 1 point of intelligence above 16 add 2 1/2 to the dice roll, for each 1 point of wisdom above 16 add 1 1/2 to the dice roll, and for each 1 point of charisma above 16 add 1/2 to the dice roll (drop all fractions).

Except for people who start with the woo from the first letter, in all my years here, I've never seen anyone whose first post started "Hi/Hello/Howdy my name is X and I think woo woo WOO woo" screw up the part before the 'I think..'.

Really? Can you cite a verse or theologian to support this assertion? You do realize, as long as we're going to try and be scientific about AW's bizarre claims, that astral projection is very different from "witchcraft" or even necromancy which was the more proper term used in the original texts right? I realize you've got your Handy Dandy Xian Refuter, but I call out any insipid tangental quips that my fellow atheists use when dealing with woos who make religious claims. I hold us to a higher standard.
