The TV series was created before any books. I have seen Doctor Who. I have never seen any holy ghosts.

Everytime I think I had an original idea I find I'm wrong. I'm game to watch anything from one of the creators of South Park. The idea might not be as farfetched as we think, seeing the latest test results from CERN, tracking neutrinos faster than light.

I'm pretty sure there's still room to explore Jesus and a time machine creatively. This movie is about a failed actor and high school drama teacher who produces a play called Hamlet II where Hamlet and Jesus have a time machine and come to the present. I seem to remember something about an orgy with Jesus, Hamlet, Barbara Bush and Satan.

Just stay away from a time machine Jesus/Shakespeare crossover and you're fine.

Who wrote that SF story about Shakespeare being brought to the present and the Bard Of Avon fails a university test on the works of Shakespeare?

How the heck am I supposed to stay away from that if you bring it up? I want to see that movie though. The trailer was hilarious.

I don't know, but Clifford D. Simak wrote a book in which Shakespeare was brought to the present and frightened by his own ghost.
