Merged Artificial Intelligence

I doubt it's not verified, confirmed and prioritized by humans.
Having tried in vain to get humans to do any kind of verification, confirmation and prioritization of AI analysis, I do. I'll bet Claude said "đź’Ł Here's what to bomb first!" and they didn't even blink before hitting the button.

Humans can't go through thousands of targets and still keep the intel fresh.

Keep in mind that this is just what Israel has been doing for years - and they are on record to not really check at all.
And it's the same system - which has its origin with Epstein hooking Thiel up with Ehud Barack.

Another full circle

How long does it take AI to write a 500 page original novel? Seconds? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks?
I’ve just asked Gemini, and if anyone should know it should be Gemini! ;)

Generating a 500-page novel (approximately 150,000 to 200,000 tokens) would take about 15 to 25 minutes using current high-speed models like Gemini 2.0 Flash, or 1.5 to 2 hours with Gemini 1.5 Pro, assuming no technical interruptions or rate limits.

Good idea. AIs always have the most fresh info on these things. Sadly sometimes the info comes from the PR department.

One win from an AI chatbot, for me at least. One of my hearing aids disappeared in my room and I almost tore the place apart trying to find it. When I grumbled about this to Lumo, one of its suggestions was if my hearing aids are paired with a smartphone app, try its "find my hearing aid" function, if it had one. Both suggestions checked out and I was at last able to find the missing hearing aid.

You grumble about such problems to your AI chatbot? I have never thought of actually chatting with the chatbots.
That's what they are actually good at. They won't get bored, they won't get angry .. I wouldn't be surprised if people started to prefer talking to AI rather than to other people.

What's the point of a conversation that doesn't induce chemical responses in the other party's cerebral cortex?

It doesn't quite fire up the right ones unless I know I'm playing chemical ping pong. Even gamers prefer other people to bots, if only to picture the other person's angry tantrum.
Speak for yourself, I hate multiplayer. If I wanted to engage with people like that I'd play a sport. I'm perfectly happy pushing pixels at my own pace for entertainment, throwing my tantrums alone.

Which is probably why I didn't find Her to be all that revelatory. I guess I was supposed to be stunned in disbelief that the main character would date a computer, but ScarJo was clearly sentient from the beginning of the movie. Like, okay, she's a phone, so what? Blade Runner 2049 does a better job of it, in the one scene everyone still remembers.
