And Claus, I'd walk, but I don't think you can from the airport (though at TAM2 I think one could).

I'm bringing two very young women and their luggage. We may need a taxi ( or two or three)....Actually, sounds like a reasonable cost to me (even though I am TOTALLY broke). One of the kittens is going to have to get a temp gig somewhere in Vegas to pay for this.

It looks like we arrive on the same evening, will you be landing around 9pm? If so we can split the cab fare.
 
The darn travel agency is closed today, so I'll have to go back tomorrow :mad:

But anyway, it seems like I'll have a choice of either arriving on Monday night just after 10:30 PM (on a direct flight), or on Tuesday night just before 10 PM (with a layover in Cincinnati).

I'm not even checking Wednesday, because then I'd have to look into earlier flights, which could be risky considering I'll have to rely on public transport or people's goodwill to get to the airport in New York.

I'm not quite sure when I'll be leaving Vegas, but I'm leaving that open until a later time (Blue Jet, Southwest, LA caravan, ...). I'll just have to make sure to be in LA on time to catch the plane back home.

So I guess it all depends on sleeping arrangements (i.e. room-mating with someone who arrives rather early and doesn't leave until Monday or Tuesday).

Am I the only one flying JetBlue? Oh well, I will be arriving on Flight 193 from NY at 2:25 pm on Thursday. I may take the shuttle for the fun of seeing a bit of Vegas since I haven't been there before and I will be in early enough in the day.

Returning is another thing entirely, cab then.
