Boundary Institute has some informal tests of psychic ability. Register, fill out the questionnaire, and take the tests.

Psi Tests

They're free. One of the tests has the format of a lottery. In money terms, you will be neither a winner nor a loser. Imagine playing the lottery and not being a loser!

Reminds me of when I used to think I was Psychic. It appears my skeptic anti-psi abilities are interfering to much now. :rolleyes:

The "hints" given for the Remote Viewing test:

Clairvoyance, also known as remote viewing, is a poorly understood but experimentally well-established human ability that allows us to gain information beyond the reach of the ordinary senses, including information unbounded by the usual constraints of space and time. Precognition is a term used to describe remote viewing of future events.

This experiment tests your ability to precognitively describe a picture that the computer randomly selects in your future. For more detailed information about the history, scientific evidence, and uses of remote viewing, precognition and other psychic or "psi" abilities, see these references.

Don't spend too long on this test. Without extensive training, after a few minutes most people start to confuse genuine precognitive information with fantasies. So it's a good idea to stick with your first hunches, however strange they may seem.

OK. So I went there and registered and tried some of their tests. The remote viewing one is a crock. They have some kind of scoring system that gives you a score out of 100, with the higher number representing a more accurate result. I got 83 on my first try. My description of the picture they were about to show me: A painter sitting in front of his easel. The picture they actually showed me: Cars driving around the Champs-Elysees in Paris. Yes, I said 83. Out of 100. For accuracy. They are getting the exact results they are looking for.
 
Hi All! I do this RV test and about the word matches part of the test, it only adds a few points to the overall score, so if you fill in the whole data sheet and say are well close on many aspects the score will be high and mainly only around 10% extra even if you match all 5 words as well, and it does not deduct points for any nil word matches either.

I use words as the main criteria for for the targets though and can hit a 3 to 5 match fairly regular which i suppose is not bad for a precog rv test, and also am a high handicap viewer many are far better than i.

I say to anyone give it a try and the visions may come easy, if they dont that is why some only get only a few 3 matches even for each 1000 trials, when some hit loads more, check back on last year scores if you like for ppl who did 500 or more trials adding the in words. Or even try yourselves now that is a fair objective test for any doubters, there are thousands of words and loads of different subject photos to aid interest also.

I suppose rv is like any part of living life is inborn in some more than others. Any comments welcome from anyone who has tried rv or even this test.

But remember nothing is perfect though even top ppl in any fields have off days.

What controlled and repeated tests have you done to demonstrate you have this ability?

Yes many find it hard! practise can help improvement but its like me with golf shoot 100 the other day and been playing twenty years now lol! I always admire any real natural talent though, i know many are jealous i marvel at it and love to watch it. Shawn Lane on guitar so good and he hardly ever practised like some golfers also and other sportsman as well.

Yeah. not giving my email to random folk, and not registering a drop one jsut for this. If they want my email addy they can "divine it".


Ohhh. I see it is from 2005. Holy Molly.

marplots posted it for you, but it is insufficient. That test is neither controlled nor repeated. What it can be, and apparently is for you, is a good starting point to explore if you have the ability (or abilities) that this test has led you to think that you have.

So allow me to rephrase the question: What plans do you have to confirm the hypothesis which your performance at the link as led you to form?

Corollary question: What, specifically, is your hypothesis? In other words, exactly what is your ability?

I don't think you answered the question.

You seem to be implying that you do remote viewing.

Most here would think remote viewing is a crock.

What have you done to convince them otherwise.

Lol! Yes i am afraid all sites need email addys, look at all the forums we sign up to we live on trust i suppose, still Aepervius have a nice day.

Well sign in and check my years trials under cristo 31 over 7000 done, so if can be equalled by chance say try a 1000 and try to emulate the word matches of 3 and above to make things more substantial.

The test can be played for word only matches also, and if many would like to try so one can get to 7000+ trials much quicker and compare the results.
