Actually there are at least two email clients named Outlook. Outlook Express used to come free with Windows, and was overpriced. Outlook (not Express) comes, or used to come with Office and is a pretty good email/calendar/contact application.

Ironically, Outlook Express was actually the better of the two.

When I first got a home PC back in the late '90's It came with Ask Jeeves pre-installed. There was a television show called Horsepower TV that I wanted to peruse. I called up this name with ask jeeves for a url and my hair still stands up with what was delivered for my options. My wife who was hovering around wanting access and info about this new gadget still talks about the horror to this day.

I also discovered there is a website -- is it down right now? -- that tracks AOL (and other sites) that you can use to determine if it's them not you.

Irony of irony. Guess what site is currently down and has been for at least twelve hours? Yeah that's right.
