Americans For Prosperity is a Criminal Enterprise

Nice of the Koch bothers to pull this stunt at a time when the lunatic right is trying to make it harder to register to vote because there is allegedly so much VOTER fraud going on.

It looks to me like ELECTIONS fraud is the bigger threat.

The elections fraud is largely a Republicon tactic. When people vote, slime like the Koch bothers and their meat puppets lose.

What's the criminality here?

And don't you think this sounds familiar somehow?

Sending deceptive information intended to violate the rights of citizens through the mail.

Yup. Turd Blossom and the Koch bothers strike again.

Without massive elections fraud, I doubt there would still be a GOP.

My understanding is that these ballots were sent to American for Prosperity mailing list members, so it seems likely that more conservative voters received these ballots than did liberal voters. Unless my understanding is wrong, it seems that this was simply an error.

Not bloody likely. Even teatards know that elections are held on Tuesdays.

They sent the mailings indiscriminiately. There really are not even that many reliable conservative voters left in WI since they found out what Il Duce has done to them.

Just being GOP does not mean a person is uneducable.

(Not in all cases, anyway.)

Do you have any evidence that these mailings were received by more liberal voters than conservative voters? My understanding indicates the opposite, which makes it very difficult to imagine any intentional wrongdoing. Additional evidence could change my opinion.

Actually, the normal make-up of a precinct no longer matters here.

The ideal situation, for the fascists at AFP, would be zero voter turnout.

Perhaps you should hold them to the same standard to the situations in which you adamantly deny wrongdoing, namely, "There's no criminal conviction, so nothing to see here. Move along."

+1 no drongo adjectives, yet

The dirtbags did it in public. No defense.

The Politico article names a source saying...

It's not just going to AFP members. I'm having trouble finding if it has indeed gone to any AFP members at all. It would be insanely damning if that were the case, so I imagine it is not.

What statute was broken?
What law was broken?

It says that several voters have gone to the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board, alleging 'serious violations' of Wisconsin election law, but it doesn't name the law. I'd be seriously surprised to find out it wasn't illegal to tamper in this manner, if this was indeed intentional.

Give me the Koch Brothers and I will make cross-sectional slices of their brains.

Will slicing their brains up, help find the truth?

Uh, no.

But it will make me feel a lot better.

Damn another job that I am overqualified for.

Just because there isn't a specific law apparent, that doesn't mean that all the people involved would not have to make statements to FBI agents. If the state won't investigate civil rights violations, get the DOJ to step in. The last I heard, we had a Democrat President, then again, I have been known to be wrong. How about it being well known, that I have been wrong.
