Americans Elect .org

[Curiositist]

This is a pretty interesting site, it has an extensive questionare to hone down what Americans think are the important issues and who might be the right people for the job. It has nothing to do with Repubs or Dems and their goal is to have a candidate on the ballot in all 50 states. They have over half the money to do it at the moment, 330,000 people have joined, people looking for something other than the ways things are being done at the moment.

Gabrielle Giffords? You can name any American you want and there are people saying Gabrielle Giffords is the country's best hope?

[leftysergeant]

I wonder how those whackadoodles intend to force the states to put their candidates on the ballot.

I wonder how those whackadoodles intend to force the states to put their candidates on the ballot.

They're petitioning as a political party, just as any other new party would. I believe they've been successful in several states.

Well, she has experience with assassinations, so she wouldn't be spooked by loud noises.

Yeah, she needs that job like a hole in the head.

You're an even worse person than me.
