Of course America is unique. All nations are unique. Except Bulgaria which is a clone of Hungary.

I want to let you know that I'm totally offended by that remark (only semi kidding)
Since the treaty of trianon Hungarians are the largest minority in Europe. In made up countries like Bulgaria and Romania speaking Hungarian is a crime and they actively try to destroy Hungarian culture.

After prominent Neocons have endorsed Hillary Clinton as POTUS, there's a new policy paper out by the people in "Project for a New American Century" who brought us the "War on Terror", the "Patriot Act" and the invasion of Iraq with all that followed up to the latest ISIS atrocity.

They are now calling themselves "Center for a New American Security" and are still led by Robert Kagan, whose wife Victoria Nuland is infamous for providing cookies and "appropriate" leaders to the 2014 putsch in Ukraine.

The "paper", in fine exceptionalist tradition not called "Rebuilding America's defenses" like the PNAC trash signed by Rummy, Cheney and Jeb!, but "Expanding America's Power", can be read here. An analysis that doesn't necessarily reflect my views is here. Kagan and his in recent memory Republican-affiliated gang's approval of Clinton over Trump can easily be found on the net.
