aaaahh, the bad ol' days. I got banned at PfffT by daring to suggest positive ways of getting 'the message' out. I suggested that the 'message' be that the physical evidence (lamp posts etc.) and eye witness testimony do not match the path described by the DFDR and that this constituted a reason for further investigation. If DFDRs could not be counted on to be accurate it would be a very serious concern. I suggested writing up a paper devoid of accusation and emotion along those lines and submitting it to Aviation Week & Space Technology, or Scientific American. The later had previously published a lengthy article on how the Pentagon had fudged tests on the anti-ballistic missile "Star Wars" system.
All too much for Cappy Bobby, I was a reprehensible shill for the government(presumably of the USA , though I am Canadian).
Oddity is that after being told I was just a shill from the government lobbyist site, I had to ask several times before anyone would tell me what that meant. I had never heard of JREF until Pfft told me about it.
