I am a trained U.S. Air Force weather observer who worked in the military as an observer from 1960‐1964, serving mainly at Beale AFB, with a 3-month assignment at the Pacific Missile Range at Point Hueneme, Oxnard, California, working with NASA, RCA, and the U.S. Navy on the Tiros III weather satellite readout team. I am totally amazed to watch our ‘scientists’ clamor after ‘solar screen’ geoengineering programs that create artificial cloud cover to protect us from global warming, while such a program has been ongoing for decades and probably is creating the very problems they say they want to solve. These are programs that they “don’t see,” “deny exist,” and call others “nuts” for discussing. Don’t you guys ever go outside, look up, and watch the spray program? This is basic observation that anyone can do if they know what to look for. ...

Yep, he's blowing hot air, not a whistle - he hasn't got any insider knowledge to present.

Plus, he's got a company to promote, which "is a leading edge bio‐remediation company with environmental products that provide effective and innovative solutions for cleaning up pollution and restoring water, soil and plant health"...

Everyone really 'in the know' understands why FEMA sprays AZV-ANK as part of Project Indigo Zephyr to protect the USA from the ravening undead.
If they didn't it's likely that one of the localised infectious zombie outbreaks that have occurred since the sixties would have escalates into a total zombie apocalypse and the t devouring of human civilisation.

Apologies for the 3 year thread necromancy but I just stumbled on Allan's info elsewhere and the whole TIROS thing stuck out at me. I'm an amateur astronomer who specializes in satellite tracking and I have a love of old historic satellites like TIROS. To my knowledge, the western readout site starting with TIROS II and continuing for TIROS III was Point Mugu, California, not Point Hueneme which was about 10 miles away.

Is it even true that he worked on the TIROS program? If he did he should be familiar with persistent contrails since the TIROS satellites recorded them.
