Here's what happens, very short summary though:

A woman talking on a press conference about "how can we trust what we see on tv and what we're told?" and so on. Then she shows a picture of Alex Jones and says it's this man we should thank that what we see is true and so on, cause he's a real hero. And everybody claps their hands.
