Alaska won't/can't produce Palin e-mails

No, the Left only started their crazed bashing of her the very day she was selected. And ever since, every move she or her family makes is chronicled by the Liberal media...to the rabid enjoyment of their Liberal viewers.

So you are saying she wants to be left alone and have no one ever watch her reality TV show? Face it the Palins are Alaska's answer to the Kardashians.

No, the idiocy is that the Left believes Conservative woman are stupid...because they're Conservative woman.

It appears that the subtle inference in my comment has eluded you...she wouldn't have stayed in the Media spotlight if not for the Liberal obsession with her. Media Spotlight = Speaking engagements = Book deals. The insane Liberal criticism of her caused the Right to rally around her.

No, the insane minutia and the craziness is now around your obsession with reading her emails.

but hey...if it makes you happy, have fun!
The "Left" bashing the Republican Vice Presidential nominee? Wow, that's never happened before!

Don't blame the left because her life is a soap opera and she keeps putting herself out there. If she wasn't a publicity whore she would not have a reality show and gone around the last election making public speeches and publicly endorsing candidates. Having her daughter appear on Dancing with the Stars? I suppose the left forced her to do that? The left forced Palin to "write" a book? The left would be more interested if she actually read a book.

If she wanted to fade into the background she could. Palin is the one keeping Palin out there, not the left. She is the one drawing attention to herself.

Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the Republican voter. (With Apologies to H. L. Mencken)

Sorry we don't have the brains of Dems to elect mensa candidates like Patches Kennedy (I'm sorry I crashed my car officer, but I was on my way for a 3 am vote and just happened to mix my many meds with my scotch, oh and sorry for running my car into a pharmacy while picking up other meds, oh and sorry for running a boat aground and leaving it).

Amazing how some people have blinders that only see stupidity in one direction.

Well, at least you acknowledge that the worst Democrat in the field is better qualified, more intelligent, and more ethical than anything the Republicans can nominate....

I for one am glad to see this story...

Because it ensures that Sarah Palin stays in the news

The Left created her, so it only seems fair that they get to be inundated week after week with the Palin saga.

I am sorry but perhaps you could clarify a few points for me.

1. Who gave her a book deal? Was it the DNC or George Sorros? I know it was some major liberal organization, it had to be right?! Oh its Harper-Collins those liberal elitist jerks! I am pretty sure the were the first to publish the communist manifesto.

2. Who pays her to go and speak to people at $100,000 a pop? My local democratic party has been having weeks and weeks of bake sales so we can pay to have Sarah come talk to us!

3. Which news organization does she have a multi year deal with? I think it was Kieth Olbermann who personally hired her for expert commentary on his show. No, wait it was the awful liberals over at FOX news. When will those liberals learn?!

4. Wasn't it Barak Obama himself that forced her, at gun point, to quit on the people of Alaska so all of the above could be made possible? What a jerk, eh?

Clearly its the liberals that have kept her in the public eye. Good points all around.

Alaska has a legal obligation to release those e-mails. Your disregard for the law is alarming.

You know, it actually took me a minute to remember who else was on the ticket with Palin in 2008. Love her, despise her, or still think she's an elaborate hoax (has the Borat guy ever been seen at the same time?), but she's rather overshadowed the old man.

Like the Joker overshadowed Batman in The Dark Knight.

Batman was in that movie?

I can only imagine what would happen if people wanted to get McCain's emails. He's like 97 years old. If he's anything like my grandpa, first you'd have to explain what email is. My grandpa wasn't aware of computers until about 2005 anyway, but recently he's decided he wants one so he can "look up genealogy". He doesn't know about the internet, he thinks that every computer made contains inside itself, separately, a copy of all information, and that he could just pick up a computer at Walmart, type in his name, and it would tell him stories of his ancestors. My other grandpa did have a computer, and even internet access...but he kept breaking it because he would click every time he encountered something that said "click here!" and download anything that said "download!" because he didn't understand why his computer would be telling him to do the wrong things. He figured that since he bought the computer it would be loyal to him.

Patches isn't the worst. Just the one most likely to re-enter rehab.

Your implying that I said something I didn't say...is alarming.

I have no problem with the law being followed here.

I'm just amused at the continuing Palin Derangement Syndrome from the Left :)

you get those emails, Lefty's!!

you'll bring down Palin in no time!

lol

So after all the evidence that it's Palin herself and her right-wing fans that's keeping Palin out there (lectures, election endorsements, TV shows, book) you're still insisting it's the left?

BTW: Those e-mails were requested 3 YEARS ago, this isn't a recent development. If she wanted to go away they would have been turned over long ago.

did you miss the inference in my analysis of the Palin saga?...it would seem so

I'll try to make it simpler...

- Palin is nominated for McCain's VP
- that very day, she's attacked by the Left based on no knowledge of who Palin is
- The Left's attacks continue...because the Left can't stand that a woman is a Conservative. The Left believes that women (and minorities) should think and act alike...and vote Democrat.
- This is the beginning of the Left's Palin Derangement Syndrome
- Because of these attacks, the Right in America rallies around her
- McCain loses to Obama
- Palin could go back into obscurity, but the Left's PDS continues unabated and as ferocious as ever
- The Right in America supports her even more...attending rallies, speeches, book signings, etc.
- Palin capitalizes on this (the Left's vitriol = more Right support) and makes millions

Do you see how the Left's PDS played a huge part in the Palin saga?

You are serious?

I'll try to make it simpler...

- Palin is nominated for McCain's VP

She's running for Vice President, did you think they wouldn't attack her? Of course they had no knowledge of Palin, neither did McCain.

- The Left's attacks continue...because the Left can't stand that a woman is a Conservative. The Left believes that women (and minorities) should think and act alike...and vote Democrat.
Where did someone on the left say that, other than in your imagination?

- This is the beginning of the Left's Palin Derangement Syndrome
- Because of these attacks, the Right in America rallies around her
- McCain loses to Obama
So the right doesn't rally to Palin because of what she does but because the left doesn't like her? That doesn't say much for the right.

- Palin could go back into obscurity, but the Left's PDS continues unabated and as ferocious as ever
Gives examples of these "ferocious" attacks.

- The Right in America supports her even more...attending rallies, speeches, book signings, etc.
- Palin capitalizes on this (the Left's vitriol = more Right support) and makes millions

Do you see how the Left's PDS played a huge part in the Palin saga?
No I don't. I see a person taking advantage of winning the political lottery and playing it and the right for everything it's worth.

What "lefty's" do you imagine are behind this?

Andree Mcleod filed the FOIA request. Here's a little about her:
McLeod is a Republican, and she was once a Palin ally. In fact, she was integral to Palin’s effort to oust state Republican party chairman Randy Ruedrich from Alaska’s Oil and Gas Conservation Commission in 2003 after it emerged that he had used his state email account for political purposes.
I'd say that last bit makes for a nice little irony.
