The AFA runs a website, OneNewsNow.com, featuring extremely biased news reporting. Many of the stories seem designed to stir up un-Christian anger and resentment against people AFA dislikes or disagrees with. You can get a sense of this by browsing through some of the news stories and opinion pieces on the site.
A quick way to get a sense of the biased nature of OneNewsNow is to look at some of the opinion polls which are a regular feature. For instance, the current poll asks, "Why do you suppose Rahm Emanuel chose to bail on the Obama administration at this time?" The choices presented -- the only choices presented -- are:
The poll question from September 17: "Why is the Obama administration reluctant to admit there is a domestic terrorism threat?" The choices:
The poll question from September 21: "What phrase below best describes Democrats' push -- on the eve of the mid-term elections -- to lift the ban on homosexuals in the military?" The choices:
The poll question from September 23: "Democratic leaders in Congress should not attempt again, in the lame-duck session, to repeal the military's ban on homosexuals primarily because..." The choices:
It is possible the music video which AFA is trying to get posted on the YouTube front page truly is intended to be inspiring and uplifting. Based on AFA's past performance, though, I think it is more likely to promote partisanship and division.
