Consider they believe the first Building What campaign was a success. So their standards are obviously not too high. Major PR firm probably means a few people to act as telemarketers.

If you think about it Gage has quite the nice gig going here. He gets paid all expenses to go tell people what they want to hear.

His biggest worry is some day one will wise up and ask "When do you plan to submit your petition to Congress"?
