ACORN filmmaker arrested

Implying that I had or would be the sort of person who would use those words.

He was pretty clearly referring to Lefty, who does use those words, all the time, in fact.
Translation: "you may be repeating Blumenthal's ridiculous lies, but at least you're more civil than Lefty."

No, he didn't. Blumenthal quoted Jenkins only.
And Jenkins apparently got his information from one man, who when contacted insists that O'Keefe was not an organizer and did not man a literature table at the event.
But God forbid we allow actual facts to get in the way of your repeating Blumenthal's lies.

Your source is Andrew Breitbart's Big Journalism. O'Keefe is on Breitbart's payroll and he has been defending him since he was busted. So there no bias there, right?

O'Keefe is not exactly making himself available to the press. He has, to my knowledge, only given interviews to Big Business (run by the man who signs his paycheck) and to Sean Hannity on Fox News (his biggest cheerleader in the ACORN affair).

Max Blumenthal did try to interview O'Keefe.

Previously I reported that right-wing prankster James O’Keefe attended a white nationalist gathering in 2006 that featured speakers known for the racist ideology they have proudly espoused: Jared Taylor and John Derbyshire. I called O’Keefe’s lawyer for a comment but neither he nor O’Keefe would respond.

This quote is from Blumenthal 's response to the Big Business article. You can read the rest of it here.

I posted Blumenthal's reply to O'Keefe's moneyman/defender. Have you read it or would that be rendundant? Or is just repeating that Blumenthal is a liar (according to O'Keefe's boss, an unbiased source) until enough people believe it sufficient?

Btw, what do you believe that Conservatism and Race shindig was all about?

And yours is, apparently, Isis.
I'll take O'Keefe's memory of the event over Isis's. You feel free to do the opposite.

I'm confused. How could "have you read it" be redundant?

Because you've already decided that an employee of O'Keefe's boss has exposed Blumenthal as a "liar" and that's all you need it know. I see you did read it, however.

I really have no pony in this show, btw. You obviously do.

GOOD LORD! Don't you know anything about this kid you're defending! :jaw-dropp

payroll said:
1. (Business / Industrial Relations & HR Terms) a list of employees, specifying the salary or wage of each
2. (Economics, Accounting & Finance / Banking & Finance)
a. the total of these amounts or the actual money equivalent
b. (as modifier) a payroll tax

Breitbart does not employ O'Keefe. O'Keefe is a paid contributor. Sort of like Peter Parker is a paid contributor for the Daily Bugle in Spiderman. In other words: he's a freelancer.

And for some reason, the prosecution decided not to pursue the charges. I'd like to hear more about the case before passing any judgement.

I don't particularly like Epstein, I think he's a moron. That doesn't necessary make him a person who uses violence against black people.

For those with selective reading problems.

On July 7, 2007, Marcus Epstein had too much to drink and stumbled onto Georgetown’s scenic, shop-lined M Street, walking in no particular direction. At 7:15 p.m., he bumped into a black woman, called her a “◊◊◊◊◊◊,” and struck her in the head with an open hand. An off-duty Secret Service agent was watching. Epstein “jogged away,” according to the agent’s affidavit, and when Epstein was finally chased down, he “continued to flail his arms while being taken into custody.”

After this, say Epstein’s friends, the then-24-year-old conservative activist radically changed his life. He swore off drinking and started attending meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous. He started treating the bipolar depression that had gone undiagnosed until that run-in with the law. In January 2008 Epstein plea bargained to a charge of simple assault, as part of a settlement that included a letter of apology to his victim and a $1,000 donation to the United Negro College Fund. He will be in court again July 8, but because he met the terms of his settlement, Epstein’s employers expect the ordeal to end then and there.

So he's like a fictional character in a comic book? (Cue that laughing dog.)

Breitbart: I Pay A Salary To Alleged Landrieu Plotter O'Keefe.

So unless he's technically on the payroll he is not bought and paid for by Breitbart and Breitbart has no pony in this show and Breitbart's website is a completely unbiased source for information about O'Keefe?
