AA77 FDR Data, Explained

What would be the chances of a Pentagon gas station employee reporting exactly what the plane did from the Navy Annex on, being exactly the same thing that the plane did in the NTSB animation did?

Anti-sophist you seem to have it all figured out, maybe you can figure out those numbers.

Just curious have you spoke with any witnesses who saw the plane?

Did you know about the witnesses who described a plane that looked nothing like an American Airlines? Have you spoke with them?

Yeah, most layman idiots should be able to tell us not only what type of airplane they saw, but the airline as well. Its not like it was going 580 mph, or anything like that...sheesh

Uh yeah, it's not.

But the layman idiots who did can?

I sure as hell could, but I'm an aviation geek. My Mom, sisters and most friends probably couldnt have. You have to also consider that some eyewitnesses were quite far away and didnt get much of a glimpse of it.

ETA: 500th post. :woo:cheerleader1

Mind citing a single witness who explicitly describes a non-AA aircraft?

-Gumboot

...and that does not include witnesses who merely couldnt ID it as such.

ETA- I'm sure he is talking about the guy who described a "white" airliner
ETA2 - Welcome back Andrew !

Mmmmhmmm, like oh say Christopher Munsey...or Michael Tinyk, or Allen Cleveland.

Plot them on a map. I found that quite interesting.

What I found even more interesting was that these people describe an American Airlines, silver, red and orange stripes.

Go ahead, plot those names I gave you. See what you come up with.

If you can plota ll the eye witnesses on a map, color-coded by what they said. I'd love to see it. Picking the people who agree and plotting them is bias-confirmation/texas-sharpshooter fallacies. Plot them all, that will be interesting.

As for the other claim, the graphic that was posted in this thread earlier showed a different path for the "fdr" than the "official" story and the "citgo" eye witness. Maybe that graphic was wrong...

Is this witness from the gas station documented, anywhere, or do I need to trust the crack LC-interview team?

Munsey's description:
Already dumbfounded by the first, sketchy radio reports of the catastrophic attack on the World Trade Center towers in New York, I couldn’t believe what I was now seeing to my right: A silver, twin-engine American Airlines jetliner gliding almost noiselessly over the Navy Annex, fast, low and straight toward the Pentagon, just hundreds of yards away.
This supports your story how?

-Yes. That will and has been done to an extent.

-Yes maybe. But it's interesting how the witness describes even the plane flying over the light poles and not hitting them, and from the gas station on the NTSB animation is entirely accurate with the Citgo witness' account.

-Yes it's documented. Sgt. William Lagasse also placed the plane on that side of the gas station as well.

His location:

Traffic headed south on Interstate 395 just across the Potomac River and Washington, D.C. was light.

That would put him just after the 14th st bridge, does it not?

How come he has such a horrible view of a plane over a mile away going "530" mph and yet can make out such exact details.

Even the clergy is in on the conspiracy!
Father Stephen McGraw was driving to a graveside service at Arlington national Cemetery. He estimates that the plane passed about 20 feet over his car, as he waited on the northbound side of Washington Boulevard. "I was in the left hand lane with my windows closed. I did not hear anything at all until the plane was just right above our cars."

"The plane clipped the top of a light pole just before it got to us, injuring a taxi driver, whose taxi was just a few feet away from my car.

"...it looked like a plane coming in for a landing"

Uhhh, maybe he was on the Pentagon side of the Potomac(just past it).
I've been there. At 40 mph, you are past the Pentagon in less than a minute once you've crossed the bridge.
